Abstract
Dans le suivi de la recherche sur les formations initiales dans l'accueil de l'enfance (Pirard al., 2015), ce rapport présente le système éducatif et de formation au Québec ainsi qu'un programme de formation novateur mis en place au Collège d’enseignement général et professionnel (Cégep) de Saint-Hyacinthe depuis 2005. Ce programme, unique au Québec, vise à pallier aux difficultés de transfert des compétences des étudiantes en situation réelle complexe grâce à un accompagnement in situ des enseignantes centré sur les processus de la pratique réflexive. Ce rapport fait suite à la journée d'étude du 22 juin 2016 avec la contribution de la Pr Nathalie Bigras (Université du Québec à Montréal) et Lise Tétreau (enseignante au niveau collégial).
