Abstract
Dans une économie de la connaissance, le besoin en personnes à haut niveau de formation se fait croissant pour les organisations, qui recherchent pour leurs équipes des individus diplômés et compétents, avec une ou plusieurs expériences de travail. Rares cependant sont les nouveaux venus correspondant à ces attentes dès le premier pas posé dans l’organisation. Il existe néanmoins des dispositifs, les formations-emplois, qui permettent de former de manières théorique et pratique les individus, par une alternance entre formation en école et en entreprise. Les objectifs de cet article demeurent de comprendre comment et envers quelles cibles organisationnelles les individus s’impliquent au sein du système de formation-emploi canadien d’éducation coopérative en fonction de trois variables de contrôle (sexe, durée de l’expérience, taille de l’organisation d’accueil) et de proposer des pratiques de gestion susceptibles de promouvoir ces liens.
