Abstract
痴呆是一种临床综合征,其典型症状为6个月或6个月以上的记忆或思维能力的下降,以及不同程度的日常生活能力的降低(WHO,1993年)。根据病变不同,痴呆可分为不同类型,其中以Alzheimer病最为常见,约占痴呆病例的50%,血管性痴呆约占20%(Sudbury,2000年)。其他还包括Huntington病、Pick病和Down综合征等。随着人口老龄化,痴呆发病率逐渐增高。而痴呆病变发展到中后期,患者对护理的依赖性逐渐加强,因而相应的专业护理亦显得十分必要。
