O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o uso do recurso de grupos da rede social virtual Facebook como ferramenta de apoio na disciplina de Seminário Integrado, a qual faz parte da nova proposta pedagógica do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Essa análise foi amparada no Regime Padrão do Ensino Médio Politécnico, diante da proposta do Seminário Integrado aliado à ferramenta de grupos do Facebook como forma de apoio na construção da aprendizagem. Após a pesquisa bibliográfica, analisaram-se trabalhos realizados por uma turma de alunos do Ensino Médio Politécnico em uma escola estadual no município de Quaraí. A partir dessa observação, avaliaram-se os projetos desenvolvidos e aplicou-se um questionário para alunos e professores com o intuito de avaliar o grau de satisfação e a aprendizagem adquirida na disciplina de Seminário Integrado. Por fim, analisaram-se os resultados do trabalho com relação ao uso da ferramenta já citada anteriormente.
