À la différence de c’est qui s’est passé au Québec, avec la TELUQ, au Mexique l’éducation supérieure à distance est née au sein de la plus ancienne et importante université du pays : l’Université Nationale Autonome du Mexique (UNAM). Disons d’emblée que s’il existe aujourd’hui à l’UNAM trois modalités de formation, l’éducation présentielle ou classique, l’éducation ouverte (depuis 1972), et l’éducation à distance (officiellement depuis 2004), l’Université délivre le même diplôme aux étudiants...
