Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This baby girl was born at 37 weeks to a woman aged 30 years. Her birth weight was 2.99 kg. The antenatal period was uneventful with no risk factors for infection or any other high-risk conditions. The baby was born by normal vaginal delivery and required no active resuscitation at birth. Within a few minutes after birth, the baby developed respiratory distress, and hence was started on nasal continuous positive airway pressure, with pressure of 6 and FiO2 of 0.21. Auscultation revealed diminished air entry …

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
