El Acuerdo Economico y Comercial Global entre la Union Europea y Canada (CETA por sus siglas en ingles) fue firmado finalmente el 30 de octubre de 2016. La feroz oposicion de Valonia y de su ministro presidente Paul Magnette habia bloqueado su adopcion durante varias semanas. Acostumbrados al fracaso, los contestatarios del libre comercio pensaron que habian sufrido uno mas. ?Tienen razon?
