Abstract
Pour réglementer le statut personnel des marocains qui résident dans Espagne faut-il analyser d'abord les quatre facteurs qui composent le cadre juridique et politique relatif au sujet : migratoire, social, technique et religieux.Après cette tâche, il est nécessaire étudier les changements dans les systèmes de Droit international privé des pays occidentaux et des pays musulmans, lesquels amplifi ent la distance entre eux.Finalement, cet article offrira une tentative de réponse à la question posée au début étant donné que la communion humaine entre des peuples voisins oblige les Etats d'accueil à se doter d'un cadre juridique transnational pour réglementer les situations familiales survenues et développées dans l'espace géopolitique qu'ils occupent.
