Abstract
Pour rglementer le statut personnel des marocains qui rsident dans Espagne faut-il analyser d'abord les quatre facteurs qui composent le cadre juridique et politique relatif au sujet : migratoire, social, technique et religieux. Aprs cette tche, il est ncessaire tudier les changements dans les systmes de Droit international priv des pays occidentaux et des pays musulmans, lesquels amplifi ent la distance entre eux. Finalement, cet article offrira une tentative de rponse la question pose au dbut tant donn que la communion humaine entre des peuples voisins oblige les Etats d'accueil se doter d'un cadre juridique transnational pour rglementer les situations familiales survenues et dveloppes dans l'espace gopolitique qu'ils occupent.
