Abstract
In the past a lot of different sources have discussed statistics and the problems present in the physics world. However, we lack discussion about possible solutions to the problems. Because of this the problems remain unsolved and we don’t come up with easy and ingenuous ideas. The basic aim of this article is to brainstorm several possible solutions to one of the problems we face in the physics world. The problem we address is the lack of women entering physics in society and an overall view on how to improve the general number of people who will enter the physics world in the future. With solutions ranging from the domestic level to the government level, I hope to suggest some points that can help solve this major dilemma.
