Brutalement décédé au début de l’année 2010, K.Z.-E. avait profondément renouvelé notre connaissance du droit de l’Église carolingienne. Spécialiste de Florus de Lyon auquel il avait consacré sa thèse (1999), il s’était ensuite illustré en reprenant le dossier des faux pseudo-isidoriens qu’il avait proposé d’attribuer à des moines de l’abbaye de Corbie travaillant sous la direction de Paschase Radbert au début des années 830. On lui doit également l’édition et l’étude des fragments manuscrits...
