Abstract
À partir de 1720, André-Hercule de Fleury, seigneur abbé de Tournus, fait construire dans sa ville une maison de Charité, destinée à l’accueil des indigents valides et orphelins. Dans cet établissement, l’apothicairerie, oubliée depuis le XIXe siècle, a été redécouverte dans les années 1980 puis restaurée. En 2010, à la suite de la décision de vendre la maison de Charité, propriété de l’hôpital, l’établissement de santé et la Ville de Tournus ont choisi, avec l’accord de la DRAC, de la transférer dans l’hôtel-Dieu-musée Greuze du centre-ville. Cette apothicairerie ne bénéficiant pas d’une protection au titre des monuments historiques, la Ville de Tournus a fait appel à un mécène pour en financer le déplacement en 2011. Dans le parcours de visite, cette apothicairerie a été remontée dans une salle du musée Greuze, non loin de l’apothicairerie de l’hôtel-Dieu construite vers 1685. Le public est ainsi amené à faire une comparaison entre deux décors rares, d’époques et d’esprit différents.
