Rozbiórka może stanowić samodzielne przedsięwzięcie budowlane lub jego etap początkowy. Jak każde przedsięwzięcie składa się z wielu etapów – w tym zaplanowania i przygotowania robót rozbiórkowych. W artykule przeprowadzono analizę działań w fazie przygotowawczej rozbiórki, bazując na wymaganiach aktów prawnych, w tym Prawa budowlanego.
