Nouveaux acteurs, logiques anciennes ? La patrimonialisation du territoire (Brésil, Colombie)

Abstract
Partant de l’idée d’une double patrimonialisation (une patrimonialisation venue d’en haut et une patrimonialisation par en bas), nous nous interrogerons tout d’abord sur le statut des nouveaux acteurs qui, au nom de leur attachement à leur « communauté d’origine », s’imposent à l’interface entre les institutions et les populations locales. À partir d’exemples brésiliens et colombiens, nous discuterons ensuite la relation que ces dernières établissent avec les modèles de rapport au territoire portés par les institutions et récemment relayés par ces acteurs, entre imposition, appropriation et réinvention. En conclusion, nous attirerons l’attention sur le fait qu’en dépit des tensions et des ambiguïtés qu’elles peuvent introduire, les politiques internationales du patrimoine imposent maintenant aux États de faire valoir leurs populations locales. Ce faisant, elles permettent à ces dernières d’avoir accès à de nouvelles arènes.
