La finalidad del presente trabajo ha sido realizar un estudio comparativo a nivel de politica linguistica y de los sistemas educativos de Ontario en Canada y Asturias en Espana. Se escogio Canada por ser un pais donde el frances y el ingles conviven como lenguas oficiales y por estar siempre en los primeros puestos, en cuanto a resultados academicos de la evaluacion (PISA), que evaluan la calidad, equidad y eficiencia de los sistemas educativos
