Nous présentons une méthode de génération de matrices de flux Origine-Destination réalisée à partir de l’exploitation de traces spatio-temporelles de téléphones portables. La méthode s’appuie sur une procédure de filtrage temporel fondée sur un algorithme de décomposition empirique du signal (Empirical Mode Decomposition) ; elle tient compte de l’hétérogénéité des données liée à une distribution intra urbaine des antennes. La typologie des matrices temporelles générées selon l’activité réelle des utilisateurs (appels et SMS) permet la mise en évidence de profils d’activités de communication propres à des mobilités domicile-travail et cela, en fonction de tranches horaires spécifiques aux jours de la semaine ou du week-end.
