Abstract
Abstrak – Pengamatan dibidang ionosfer, Balai Pengamatan Dirgantara LAPAN Pontianak memiliki peralatan pengamatan yang terdiri dari peralatan CADI ( Canadian Advanced Digital Ionosonde ) dan GISTM/TEC ( Ionospheric Scintillation and TEC Monitor ). Pada bagian pengolahan data ionosfer belum memiliki sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan data ionosfer, sehingga data tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan dan dikembangkan untuk kebutuhan yang berhubungan dengan lapisan ionosfer. Desain sistem penelitian ini menggunakan Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram serta sistem pengujiannya mengunakan Black Box dan Borang yang kemudian dihitung dengan menngunakan metode LSR ( Lik ert Summated Rating ). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem informasi pengolahan data ionosfer yang dapat membantu dalam mendistribusikan data hasil pengolahan data ionosfer dengan mudah antar pegawai dan laporan kepada pimpinan. Kata kunci : CADI, GISTM/TEC, sistem informasi .
