Abstract
L’effet tératogène du virus Zika (VZIK) a récemment été confirmé. Il faut envisager le diagnostic de syndrome associé à l’infection congénitale à VZIK chez les enfants qui présentent une microcéphalie inexpliquée, des calcifications intracrâniennes, une ventriculomégalie ou des anomalies structurelles majeures du système nerveux central. La prise en charge est en cons tante évolution, mais des suggestions sont proposées pour les enfants chez qui les constatations évoquent une infection congénitale et ceux nés d’une mère susceptible d’avoir été exposée au virus pendant sa grossesse.
