Abstract
Cette contribution s’intéresse à la trajectoire expérientielle du groupe formation créé par l’antenne de la région Rhône-Alpes de l’APGL dans le contexte de la controverse française autour de la loi du 17 mai 2013 ouvrant le mariage et l’adoption aux couples de personnes de même sexe. Cet article présente les enjeux de cette activité de sensibilisation/formation dans les formations du travail social en particulier en mettant en évidence la dimension transformative qui est centrale et commune aux professions de l’intervention sociale, au processus de formation et à l’approche par le genre. Il abordera également les résistances rencontrées face aux propositions de déconstruction d’une conception hétéronormative des familles encore agissante, mais aussi les perspectives de diffusion de ces interventions.
