Si la crise actuelle conduit la majorité des jeunes à adopter des stratégies de sauve-qui-peut en vue de répondre à des exigences de survie économique, elle favorise en même temps l’émergence de nouveaux comportements vis-à-vis du travail qui remettent en question son organisation, ses objectifs axés sur la productivité et les modèles de croissance qui les sous-tendent. Le mouvement syndical lui aussi se trouve interpelé par ces transformations.
