Abstract
Con motivo de la publicación de este número especial del Bulletin of Hispanic Studies dedicado al escritor Pablo Urbanyi (Ipolyság, Hungría, 1939) lo hemos entrevistado mediante intercambio de correos electrónicos a Ottawa (Canadá) donde reside desde 1977, año en que se vio forzado a abandonar Argentina, donde residía desde los ocho años de edad, momento en que su familia emigró de su Hungría natal debido a la persecución que tras el golpe militar de 1976 empezaron a sufrir los opositores al mismo, en el que se incluían escritores, artistas e intelectuales de todas las áreas del conocimiento. A lo largo de la entrevista se abordan los temas vertebrales de su obra (el exilio, su relación con la lengua, etc.), así como su concepción creativa y su visión sobre la literatura actual.
