Abstract
Pour s'adapter à un contexte caractérisé par des transformations structurelles majeures (mondialisation, nouvelles technologies, etc.), divers milieux : industriel, associatif, professionnel, politique, etc., bouleversés par ces changements, se mobilisent pour trouver des réponses à la crise.Dans ce numéro de revue, nous nous intéressons à des mondes confrontés à une économie de l'incertain (Menger, 2009(Menger, , 2002)), au rapport au travail dans sa globalité, mais aussi à l'expérience de temporalités plurielles : sociales, créatives, professionnelles.2 Le cas des carrières artistiques et créatives constitue à ce propos un bon modèle afin d'appréhender des trajectoires professionnelles contemporaines.Pour réussir, les professionnels doivent faire face à une organisation complexe de travail où « il y a beaucoup de candidats, et très peu d'élus ».C'est pourquoi il est de surcroît important, au niveau microsociologique et mésosociologique, de prendre en compte un ensemble de logiques d'actions et d'engagements, de coopérations et d'interactions, motivés par un ancrage dans le métier et dans le milieu professionnel, déployé pour réduire stratégiquement et plus qu'ailleurs l'incertitude.
