Abstract
Dominique Glaymann (Université de Paris XII – Largotec), dans le deuxième article intitulé « L’évolution des normes de l’emploi en France », cherche à distinguer les principales évolutions en matière de normes de l’emploi durant le dernier quart du 20ième siècle, avant d’en proposer une analyse interprétative tentant d’identifier le sens (la signification mais aussi la direction) de ces mutations. Articulant son analyse à la lumière de la théorie de la régulation (École de Paris), elle interroge la durabilité même du système d’emploi. Le rapport au travail change avec des effets souvent négatifs en termes de construction identitaire, de mobilisation et d’engagement, et au-delà de productivité. Est-ce efficace : la crainte du chômage durable et l’espoir d’une hypothétique embauche permettront-ils longtemps de mobiliser les salariés en maximisant leur productivité ? Que deviennent les concepts en vogue dans les théories du management des ressources humaines comme « la culture d’entreprise », « l’attachement » des salariés à leur entreprise ou le travail « en équipe » ?
