Abstract
Plus de cinq ans après le début des « printemps arabes », la donne géopolitique du Moyen-Orient a été complètement bouleversée. Nous nous proposons dans cet article d’analyser rapidement les perceptions israéliennes concernant les évolutions de la région durant les dernières années, tout en essayant de faire un tour d’horizon des nouveaux défis sécuritaires auxquels Israël devra faire face (menaces de Daech, terrorisme, guerre en Syrie, tensions au Liban et dans le Sinaï). L’État hébreu a toujours été menacé. Mais les ennemis ont changé et de nouveaux acteurs sont apparus. Aussi, devant ce bouleversement régional, nous efforcerons-nous de comprendre comment l’État hébreu va revoir sa doctrine de défense, mais aussi et surtout comment les responsables et les stratèges israéliens perçoivent l’« arrivée » de la Russie (depuis son intervention lancée en Syrie à partir de l’automne 2015) et le « retour » de l’Iran (à la suite de l’accord sur le nucléaire signé le 14 juillet 2015) sur les scènes moyen-orientale et internationale.
