Recherche collaborative avec des conseillers pédagogiques : quels effets formatifs?

Abstract
Cet article rend compte des effets d’une recherche-formation collaborative menée par un chercheur en collaboration avec une douzaine de conseillers pédagogiques. Ces effets sont repérables dans la conduite d’une journée de formation au cours de laquelle un collectif de conseillers pédagogiques transmet à des pairs les résultats de son travail avec un chercheur. L’analyse des échanges de la journée montre que le dispositif de recherche-formation collaborative se prête, pour chacun des membres du collectif, à un travail pour soi dans une perspective compréhensive. Le passage de l’action de conseil à sa compréhension, qui nécessite un réinvestissement des outils de la recherche, se révèle identifiable et témoigne du développement du pouvoir d’agir des conseillers.
