Abstract
Cet article analyse les enjeux sécuritaires des conflits au Moyen-Orient et leurs conséquences sur les relations irano-turques, marquées par des divergences relatives à la problématique de la sécurité régionale en fonction de la perception de la sécurité nationale, notamment depuis le conflit syrien. L’étude montre que le changement des rapports de force au Moyen-Orient a créé de nouveaux enjeux sécuritaires porteurs d’aspects politique, militaire, économique et sociétal. Le Moyen-Orient est confronté, d’une part, à une forme inédite de lutte d’influence entre les puissances régionales – notamment l’Arabie saoudite, l’Iran et la Turquie – et, d’autre part, aux activités des acteurs non étatiques impliqués dans la guerre en Syrie et en Irak. Ce nouveau rapport de force a engendré un dilemme de sécurité ; par ailleurs, les crises et les conflits en Irak, en Syrie et au Yémen ont provoqué une situation chaotique.
