Cette contribution porte sur des interventions ponctuelles dans le cadre de la formation continue d’enseignants en école professionnelle en Suisse. Ces interventions s’appuient sur une recherche interactionnelle menée dans des dispositifs de formation professionnelle initiale. Il s’agit d’une étude qui cherche à mieux comprendre la construction des trajectoires de formation des apprentis au fil des interactions auxquelles ils participent en école ou sur la place de travail. En travaillant sur des séquences de données audio-vidéo à partir d’outils issus de la linguistique interactionnelle et multimodale, les participants à la formation sont sensibilisés à ce qui se passe dans la communication en classe, et en particulier aux dimensions identitaires négociées dans l’interaction. Revenir sur ces interventions, de leur conception à leur mise en œuvre, permet de mettre en question la façon dont elles peuvent servir la formation. De façon plus globale, nos réflexions portent sur le rapport entre recherche et pratique.
