Abstract
Cette contribution relate une expérience de formation professionnelle initiale à l’évaluation certificative des compétences d’expression orale en français langue étrangère. Tout d’abord, elle caractérise ces situations professionnelles d’évaluation en mettant en évidence la plasticité de l’interaction en face-à-face et l’interdépendance entre interaction et évaluation. Puis, elle focalise sur la manière dont sont mobilisées ces analyses interactionnelles dans une phase particulière de la formation, le débriefing, réalisé à la suite d’une simulation d’examen. Cette phase permet aux professionnels novices d’évaluer leurs modes de participation et d’identifier les composantes contextuelles de la situation de communication. Enfin, les bénéfices de l’analyse des interactions pour concevoir les dispositifs de formation sont discutés.
