Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Seven new caged xanthones, doitunggarcinones E–K ( 1 – 7 ), all as scalemic mixtures and 10 known compounds ( 8 – 17 ), were isolated from the stem bark extract of Garcinia propinqua . The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods. The separation of the enantiomers of 1 – 6 was achieved by semipreparative chiral HPLC. The absolute configuration of compound (+)- 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analysis using Cu Kα radiation. The absolute configurations of the other related compounds were determined from comparisons of their ECD spectra with that of compound (+)- 1 . Compounds (−)- 6 and 7 showed cytotoxicity against a colon cancer cell line with IC 50 values of 14.23 and 23.95 μM, respectively.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
