Abstract
A ellos/as se lo dedico EnglishThis article is a personal account of two decades w orking on cod fishing boats in the Grand Banks of Newfoundland. Although there is abundant literature on the subject, I have taken the liberty of including some personal anecdotes, reflections and impressions which I hope will make a small contribution to a better understanding of that extr aordinary venture. The article deals exclusively with the cod pair trawlers of Pasajes and my only source is my own personal experience. Everything I tell here is exactly as I lived it, but I am sure these experiences can be extrapolated to all those who participated in one way or another in the industry and I dedicate it to them. euskaraTernuako Banku Handietan bakailao arrantzan igarota ko bi hamarkadatan pertsonalki bizi izandakoak kontatzen dira lan honetan. Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
