Abstract
Einige Studien legen nahe, dass lokalisierte Prostatakarzinome häufig zu aggressiv behandelt werden. Eine aktive Überwachung mit regelmäßigen digitalen Tastuntersuchungen, Bestimmung des prostataspezifischen Antigens (PSA) und Rebiopsien könnte hier eine Alternative sein. N. E.
