Abstract
Este artigo discute os correspondentes bancários como forma burlada de terceirização, em um cenário de transformações do mundo do trabalho contemporâneo. Essa forma de contratar a mão de obra de terceiros para realização de serviços próprios de bancários apresentou aumento significativo no Brasil nos últimos anos. O artigo analisa as principais tendências das decisões da Justiça do Trabalho em demandas envolvendo esses trabalhadores, aprofundando estudos anteriores sobre o papel das instituições públicas diante da terceirização, tendo como fonte prevalente Acórdãos do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho.
