Abstract
A Revista de Direito IAP (RD-IAP) e um periodico editado pelo Instituto dos Advogados de Pernambuco. A sua linha editorial e abrangente no campo do Direito, buscando disseminar estudos e pesquisas, primordialmente contribuicoes ineditas, objeto de debates, em circulos nacionais e internacionais. A RD-IAP utiliza a plataforma do Sistema Eletronico de Editoracao de Revistas – SEER, elaborado com a finalidade de viabilizar o desenvolvimento e a gestao de periodicos eletronicos. Essa ferramenta foi desenvolvida pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Informacao em Ciencia e Tecnologia – IBICT, baseado no modelo do Open Journal Systems (OJS), da Universidade British Columbia do Canada
