De nos jours, plusieurs personnes expriment le désir d’agir de façon respectueuse envers l’environnement. Toutefois, dans la réalité, un nombre limité de personnes intègrent des modes de vie écologiques. Pour les individus considérés isolément, il semble que l’adoption de comportements environnementaux soit difficile à réaliser. Est-ce qu’un tel changement s’avérerait plus facile dans le cadre d’une famille ? Quels sont les éléments qui pourraient influencer l’intégration de modes de vie plus écologiques au sein de la famille ? Cette recherche théorique répond à ce questionnement en présentant d’abord une recension de certaines théories générales du changement de comportement. La recension porte ensuite sur divers facteurs qui peuvent affecter l’adoption de comportements environnementaux et enfin sur le changement de comportement dans le contexte de la famille considérée comme un système.
