Abstract
Mind of a Snail is a Vancouver, British Columbia based performance duo composed of Chloé Ziner and Jessica Gabriel, whose mission is to explore beyond the boundaries of traditional theatre by creating immersive worlds that both transform and transport their audience. Curious Contagious is the most recent product of Mind of a Snail’s compostmodern style. The show is mixed medium production that combines varying bits of different forms, narrative styles, and materials. The performance engages with aspects of numerous artistic forms, including theatre, dance, music, clown, shadow puppetry, and projection art. The narrative is a combination of fairy tale, myth, political theatre, and educational theatre. The materials used in production include masks, cutouts, bits of plastic, and only three overhead projectors as their light sources to produce the shadow puppets. All of these elements serve as the compost, out of which grows a production that not only explores the boundaries of traditional theatre, but also explores the boundaries of performance theory by offering a counter to theories that position theatre as an embodied art form

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
