Abstract
MIDI technologies have been influencing tremendous effects on the way people create music. MIDI helps musicians to experiment music in a shared environment where the ability to create is closely linked to the desire for collaboration and participation. MIDI technologies further and expand the possibilities of participatory culture among musicians.Les technologies MIDI ont eu un effet immense sur la façon dont les gens créent de la musique. MIDI aide les musiciens à vivre l’expérience de la musique dans un environnement partagé où la capacité de créer est associée de près au désir de collaborer et de participer. Les technologies MIDI augmentent d’autant les possibilités de la culture participative chez les musiciens.
