In the FIRST CHAPTER the work presents the idea of the business is based on the subject and that is proposed to investigate in order to help the solution of increase of products for the productive matrix of our country, based on a series of references of Scientific journals that support the work done. The SECOND CAPITILO is about the organizational design of the enterprise as it works the company, as it would be organized and structured, which will be the functions assigned to each area to carry out this important export process. The THIRD CHAPTER is the business model as the entire business process will be carried out, the market study where the product will be placed, the type of negotiations that will be the beneficiaries of the product to be exported, geographic segmentations, details Of how they will be the relationship with the customers, the sources of income, the main suppliers and everything related to the closing of the sale. The FOURTH CHAPTER discusses all the studies that will support the project as are the financial and other more that must be taken into consideration before undertaking with this new export and analyze the effect of the project in the social, environmental and economic.
