Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Public health nursing services and programs are intended to improve the health of the
\npopulation. These services must be evaluated to achieve this goal. Healthcare system changes in
\n2004 lead to two separate reviews of the Communicable Disease Prevention and Control (CDPC)
\nprogram in eastern Nova Scotia. The recommendations from both reviews resulted in the
\ndevelopment of a temporary CDPC program structure. The purpose of this paper is to provide an
\noutline of the key findings and recommendations from both reviews and the resulting CDPC
\nstructure in eastern Nova Scotia. The literature review will outline a brief history of public health
\nnursing, the current role of public health nurses, the generalist and focused public health nursing
\nservice models, and implications for future public health nursing roles. This paper will lay the
\nfoundation for future and more in-depth evaluations of the current CDPC program in eastern
\nNova Scotia.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
