Abstract
Le Rassemblement des Citoyens de Québec (R.C.Q.) est un parti politique municipal fondé en 1977. L’article présente les principales caractéristiques de ce parti en reprenant les débats et les affrontements qui ont présidé à sa formation. L’aspect majeur que l’auteur situe au centre de son analyse concerne le mode de relations que le parti a réussi à établir avec les comités de citoyens. Il termine par quelques remarques sur les perspectives d’action politique qui semblent présentement se dégager pour le R.C.Q.
