Abstract
ABSTRACT Chandon (1996), asserts that service encounter will give superiority and will impact the repetition purchase and promotion by any way to spread the positive information mouth by mouth. In his study, Chandon (1996) tried to explore any attributes influencing the service encounter between consumer and service provider. This study improved a perfected service encounter model by examining the impact of service encounter to the loyalty. To answer the question in this study, it was developed a model which seven hypothesis that would be examined. Data from 100 respondents from Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ambarawa was analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis by using AMOS 4.0 program. The result of this study are: understanding patient positively affected service encounter; courtesy positively affected service encounter; security positively affected service encounter; understanding patient positively affected trust; trust positively affected service encounter; service encounter positively affected loyalty and trust positively affected loyalty. Recent study also related the result with theoretical and managerial implication. Limitation of this study and future agenda can be used as a reference by next researchers.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
