Abstract
S’interrogeant sur les formes concrètes du développement local, l’auteure compare le contenu et les orientations des politiques de développement économique local mises en oeuvre par la ville d’Ottawa à la problématique du développement local véhiculée par le secteur communautaire. Si les deux conceptions présentent des éléments de convergence, elles n’en sont pas moins fondamentalement divergentes. La nature des modèles de développement en présence est également examinée.
