Abstract
Le prsent article traite du rle central des discours dans les apprentissages viss par les dispositifs de formation des enseignants en alternance. Aprs avoir introduit l'instrument multidimensionnel utilis pour l'analyse des savoirs professionnels en cours de construction, l'article prsente quatre types de phnomnes identifis dans les discours d' enseignants en formation : la formulation de proccupations issues de l' exprience de terrain; la tension constructive entre savoirs acadmiques et contexte institutionnel; la fluctuation des zones de comprhension communes dans les entretiens de stage; l' motion comme condition et objet du discours sur l' exprience. La conclusion souligne le caractre dveloppemental des htrognits et contradictions qui apparaissent dans les dispositifs en alternance.
