Abstract
L’auteur se penche sur les attitudes d’un groupe d’immigrés récemment installés en France, les Sardes, et analyse le désir d’ubiquité de ces émigrés-immigrés stabilisés, caractérisés par un sentiment d’appartenance très fort. Relatant le déroulement d’un congrès qui les réunissait, il montre le double localisme affiché par différentes générations de Sardes. Il évoque enfin le projet de loi battant en brèche la nationalité exclusive, et situe les débats qu’il suscite dans la perspective de la construction de l’Europe.
