Efectos socioeconómicos y ambientales de una disminución de ingresos laborales en la economía de Tzucacab, Yucatán: simulación por matriz de contabilidad social

espanolSe simula el efecto de una disminucion de ingresos laborales provenientes del exterior a Tzucacab, de la region turistica Riviera Maya, mostrando que la disminucion del ingreso de los hogares de esa localidad trae como consecuencia efectos negativos en diversos sectores de produccion como la milpa, monte y comercio, y en una magnitud menos que proporcional a la disminucion de ingresos por remesas. Para el conjunto de la economia, se presenta una disminucion en el nivel de extraccion de los recursos de la selva, aun cuando la demanda por estos recursos a nivel hogar podria aumentar, aunque no de manera significativa, para alterar el efecto global de descenso. Este articulo se complementa mostrando el comportamiento de la emigracion (dentro y fuera de Mexico, Estados Unidos y Canada) y, aunque no es significativa la cantidad de habitantes que emigran, es creciente el flujo hacia afuera, lo que supone que se debe a la situacion precaria de la economia y carencia de empleos, por lo que se vislumbra una dependencia laboral externa y por tanto de ingresos laborales y familiares. EnglishIt simulates the effect of a decrease in earnings from abroad to Tzucacab, from the Riviera Maya tourist region, showing that the decline in household income of the town results in negative effects on various sectors of production such as cornfield, mount and trade and a magnitude less than proportional to the decrease in income from remittances. For the whole economy, there is a decrease in the level of extraction of forest resources, even if the demand for these resources at home could increase significantly but not to alter the overall effect of lowering. This article complements showing migration behavior (region and outside of Mexico-United States and Canada) with the result that although there is significant amount of people who migrate, is increasing the flow out meaning that is due to the precarious state of the economy and lack of jobs, so labor looms external dependence and therefore employment and family income.
