Abstract
要約：2014～2015 年にかけて公表された複数のランダム化比較試験により，「発症4.5 時間以内にアルテプラーゼ静注療法を施行し」「発症6 時間以内に血管内治療開始可能な」「National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale スコア6 以上」の「内頸動脈～中大脳動脈M1 閉塞」で「Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score 6以上」の急性期脳梗塞症例に対し，「ステント型血栓回収機器（stent retriever）」を用いて行う血管内治療は，内科治療に優る有効性を発揮することが証明された．わが国では現在，血栓回収デバイスとして血栓吸引機器であるPenumbraシステムと複数のstent retriever （Solitaire, Trevo, ReVive）が導入されており，今や適応を有する症例において「施行すべき標準治療」となっている．
