Abstract
Estudos da interação da energia eletromagnética com a vegetação tem grande importância, uma vez que fornecem informações sobre a tipologia, a estrutura do dossel, o estado fenológico, as condições de estresse, a falta de nutrientes, entre outros. Visando detectar alterações fisiológicas, através de técnicas de espectrorradiometria, coletou-se ramos de folhas representativos de um indivíduo da espécie Eucalyptus saligna Smith, situados na porção periférica da copa distribuídas ao longo dos quatro quadrantes, em relação à exposição solar. Com o uso do espectrorradiômetro FieldSpec®3 fez-se leituras das folhas a cada 15 minutos durante 10 horas, fornecendo dados para o cálculo do NDVI. Observou-se um declínio acentuado nos valores de NDVI com o passar do tempo, sendo esses dados perfeitamente ajustáveis a uma função quadrática. As análises estatísticas apontaram diferenças significativas nos valores de NDVI a partir de cinco horas de medição, demonstrando a eficácia do método na detecção da perda do vigor e degradação foliar. Aiming to detect physiological changes through spectroradiometry techniques, was collected leafy branches of an individual representative species of Eucalyptus saligna Smith, located in the peripheral portion of the distributed over the four quadrants in relation to sun exposure Cup. Using the spectroradiometer FieldSpec ® 3 became readings leaves every 15 minutes for 10 hours, providing data for the calculation of the NDVI. Was observed a sharp decline in NDVI values with the passage of time, these data being perfectly adjustable to a quadratic function. The statistical analysis showed significant differences in NDVI values after five hours of measurement, demonstrating the efficacy of the method in detecting loss the vigor and leaf degradation.
