<div>Estudio de caso familiar de enfoque cualitativo,</div><div>el cual se realiz&oacute; en una familia que habita en la</div><div>ciudad de M&eacute;xico, de enero a mayo del 2015, bajo</div><div>la metodolog&iacute;a del Proceso Atenci&oacute;n de Enfermer&iacute;a.</div><div>Para la valoraci&oacute;n, se utiliz&oacute; el Modelo Calgary e</div><div>instrumentos que permitieron detectar alteraciones</div><div>de salud en los procesos familiares y en el rol del</div><div>cuidador; se identificaron las necesidades de salud</div><div>presentes, para lo cual se utiliz&oacute; la taxonom&iacute;a</div><div>de diagn&oacute;sticos NANDA, posteriormente se</div><div>aplicaron intervenciones de enfermer&iacute;a basadas en</div><div>evidencia, obteni&eacute;ndose resultados favorables en</div><div>la comunicaci&oacute;n y relaci&oacute;n familiar; apoyando en</div><div>el desarrollo individual y dando las herramientas</div><div>necesarias para resolver las adversidades que se</div><div>vayan presentando en el d&iacute;a a d&iacute;a.</div>
