บทคดยอ วจยฉบบน มวตถประสงคเพอศกษามาตรการทางกฎหมายเกยวกบแรงงานสญชาต เมยนมาร กมพชา และลาว ทอพยพเขามาทำงานในประเทศไทย มใหลกลอบเขามาทำงาน โดยศกษาวเคราะหปญหาและอปสรรค แนวนโยบายของรฐและบทบญญตของกฎหมายทเกยวของ เชน พระราชบญญตคนเขาเมอง พ.ศ. 2522 พระราชบญญตการทำงานของคนตางดาว พ.ศ. 2551 พระราชบญญตคมครองแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2541 พระราชบญญตการทะเบยนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2534 และแกไขเพมเตม(ฉบบท 2) พ.ศ. 2551 พระราชบญญตปองกนและปราบปรามการคามนษย พ.ศ. 2551 และพระราชบญญตสญชาต พ.ศ. 2555 จากการวจยพบวา ในทกรฐบาลทผานมาไดพยายามแกไขปญหาแรงงานสญชาตเมยนมาร กมพชา และลาว ทอพยพเขามาทำงานในประเทศไทย โดยใชมาตรการทางกฎหมายทเกยวของเพอเปนเครองมอในการปองกน ปราบปราม และควบคม การดำเนนการตามมาตรการตางๆ ทผานมาพบวา มปญหาขอกฎหมายทสำคญทยงมปญหาการบงคบใชและขาดความสอดคลองเชอมโยงกน ผวจยจงมขอเสนอแนะแนวทางเพอปรบปรงแกไขปญหาขอกฎหมายเพอใหเกดความสอดคลอง โดยไดเสนอแกปรบปรงกฎหมายทมปญหา อปสรรคและขาดความสอดคลองเชอมโยงกน รวมทงไดใหขอเสนอแนะในดานนโยบาย และการประชาสมพนธใหแรงงานสญชาตเมยนมาร กมพชา และลาว ในพนทชายแดนทราบถงบทลงโทษหากมการลกลอบเขามาทำงานในประเทศไทย Abstracts This research aims to study the legal measures on the labor Nationality Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos who came to work in Thailand.
