Abstract
Esse estudo abordou a legislacao e a tecnologia, denominada assistiva, voltadas aos portadores de deficiencia, como principios para igualdade e usabilidade. Considerou-se esses dois aspectos como relevantes para garantir a acessibilidade das pessoas com limitacoes, apresentando as leis, decretos e normas, e as categorias de tecnologias assistivas disponiveis.
