Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This study is a post occupancy assessment of occupiers’ satisfaction in selected estates within the Lagos Metropolis. This paper undertakes an assessment of users’ satisfaction on the quality performance of public residential estates with a view to determining the occupiers’ satisfaction using quality performance criteria under the elements of building performance; and also to rank the degree of importance of quality performance criteria on occupier’s satisfaction. The paper made use of cross-section survey of 226 households, down from three different socio-economic housing estates in the study area. The results showed that the occupiers were not satisfied wit the criteria under functional element. They were least satisfied with the criteria under behavioral and economic elements. The results show and confirm that the quality of certain physical characteristics in the housing environment is imperative thereby influencing the level of occupiers housing satisfaction. It was recommended that requisite amenities and facilities are to be made available by Housing Providers to increase the level of occupiers satisfaction.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
