L’intégration de l’interdisciplinarité dans les projets réalisés en contexte entrepreneurial : points de vue du personnel scolaire

Abstract
Les orientations ministérielles de l’éducation québécoise réitèrent l’importance de diversifier et redéfinir les approches éducatives en insistant, entre autres, sur les projets interdisciplinaires. L’entrepreneuriat scolaire constitue un contexte privilégié pour soutenir l’interdisciplinarité afin d’amener l’élève à mobiliser ses compétences disciplinaires et à donner du sens à ses apprentissages. Deux groupes de discussion ont été réalisés avec le personnel scolaire de deux écoles entrepreneuriales en vue de documenter les représentations de l’interdisciplinarité de même que les conditions et stratégies de mobilisation sous-jacentes aux projets interdisciplinaires réalisés. L’interdisciplinarité semble facilitée en contexte entrepreneurial pour favoriser le transfert des apprentissages vers des situations concrètes. Il semble également difficile pour les nouveaux enseignants de conjuguer la supervision du projet interdisciplinaire et les autres tâches d’enseignement. En guise de discussion, des pistes de réflexion sont émises pour faciliter la confirmation dans le temps des projets interdisciplinaires en contexte entrepreneurial.
